Important Instructions
- Only Life Members with IAPM IDs up to L6923, as ratified at the last General Body Meeting (GBM), are eligible to vote. Associate Members and OL members are not eligible.
- Each eligible member can vote only once. Both posts must be voted for in a single submission.
- Phone numbers and email addresses cannot be changed during the voting period.
- Your device's IP address will be logged for election security and audit purposes.
- Never share your OTP with anyone.
Steps to Cast Your Vote
- Select your Membership ID: Choose the IAPM ID corresponding to your name from the dropdown list. If names are similar, check the membership ID carefully before selecting.
- If you cannot find your ID or need to verify your details, visit
Search Members Details.
- Verify using OTP: Click Send OTP. Eligible Indian members will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Eligible Overseas Life Members will receive the OTP at their registered email address, as applicable.
- If you do not receive your OTP, email secretary@iapm.org.in. No changes to registered phone numbers or email addresses will be made during voting.
- Select candidates: Select your preferred candidate for each of the two posts, then click REVIEW.
- Review carefully: Check your selections for both posts before proceeding. If you submit without voting for both posts, you will not be able to return and vote for the remaining post.
- Submit your vote: Click SUBMIT only once. Do not refresh the page or submit again while it is processing. Once successfully submitted, your vote cannot be changed and you cannot vote again.
- Save your confirmation reference number displayed after successful submission for future communication.
- Log out after completing the voting process.
